Chimney Sweep Systems, Inc. Has CSIA Certified Chimney Sweeps that will complete the chimney inspection for you Furnace company. The property owner and your furnace company will get a copy of the inspection form. We are not a code enforcing agency. Our goal is to support your heating company and to educate the homeowner. Purpose of the Inspection:
- Determine if your chimney is lined
- Inspect for any deterioration.
- Compare your current furnace efficiency, stack temperatures, connector pipe size.
- Identify the manufacturer’s requirements.
The chimney plays a vital role in the proper performance of your heating appliance. Manufacturers test and determine specific venting requirements. Condensation issues may result in damage to your home and lead to safety and performance concerns.
